Orange Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange
  • zest

 

Directions

Stir together flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add butter, eggs, orange extract, and orange zest.
Beat until well blended, using electric mixer.
Scoop about ¼ cup of batter on each muffin paper liner.
Bake in preheated oven of 350º for 15-20 minutes.
